Parliamo del reso: Vinted purtroppo non aiuta venditori e acquirenti quando si tratta di effettuare un reso. Spesso l’acquirente avvia la transazione monetaria, comunicando all’app di aver ricevuto l’ordine e che esso non presenti problemi… ma spesso non è così. Spesso i clienti DOPO aver confermato l’arrivo e l’impeccabilità dei capi vogliono effettuare un reso per problemi di taglie o altro. Il che rende tutto più difficile.
