My listings consist of used items from a private household. I have described and presented the items to the best of my knowledge and belief. I am not a dealer but a private person selling personal belongings from my household.
This is a private-to-private purchase contract according to § 13 BGB. The auction/sale takes place under exclusion of any warranty, guarantee, or return. According to § 447 BGB, the risk passes to the buyer once the package is handed over to the shipping service.
According to new EU regulations, this note must be included with every online auction; otherwise, the seller is liable for one full year for the sold item, which is often unreasonable.
Therefore, I reject any warranty, guarantee, or return according to the new EU law.
Do not buy or place a bid if you do not agree with these terms.
