most items have been used and may have some imperfections I didn't notice before listing, such as small rips, stains or pilling. I list lots of things at once very quickly, so I don't look over things extremely closely, always check pics. I always lint roll before shipping, but there may still be stray cat hairs. Everything is washed before listing unless its nwt or dry clean only!
